Dear parents, Greetings from Samithi!!! This is to inform you all that std 7 to 12 needs to attend the school for the Independence Day celebration on 15th August 2024 (Thursday). Few important points: 1) Arrival time is 7 am and Dispersal time is 9.30 am. 2)Students will come and go back as per their regular conveyance only. 3) Students need to bring only water bottle . 4) Students need to come along with PT uniform and school ID card. (Compulsory except the participants) 5) If any student wants to go on their own then parents need to inform the respective class teachers through a diary note or else students won't be allowed to leave the school premises. 6) Students are not allowed to bring phones or any valuable items along with them as school will not be responsible for any loss. 7) It's highly encouraged to be a part of the independence program for the students as a responsible citizen of India.If anyone won't be able to come then inform their respective class teachers as soon as possible. 8) Request the parents to coordinate with Van and Auto persons for pick up and drop off facilities. The buses will go as usual. 9) CBSE students need to come early which means they need to reach the school by 7 am along with GSEB students. 10) We have organised Blood Donation and Free helath check up camp for the parents from 9 am onwards.
