Since its inception, Samithi Group Of School has endeavoured to transcend learning beyond boundaries. We are devoted to set benchmarks in nurturing children to grow into strong, matured, kind and intelligent adults, who are original in their ideas and decisive in their actions.

Mahatma Gandhi rightly said “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” Firmly believing in our core values of Courage, Compassion, Equality and Integrity we at SEM aim to nurture our students so that they are well equipped to face the competitive society with value-based knowledge and skills that have contributed towards the growth and vision in building global citizens and a conscientious humanity.

Keeping in mind that to teach is to touch a life forever, we believe in holistic education that encompasses academics, co-curricular activities, sports education and life-skills learning. The campus, sports and academic facilities all bear testimony to this belief. As we venture ahead and spread our wings in this spectacular valley of value-based education our endeavour is to strike a balance between state-of-the-art- infrastructure and a robust curriculum that opens the door to global platforms for our peace loving and problem-solving students. Activities and events related to value education, environment, health education, games and sports, visual and performing arts, culture and heritage, personality development are effectively woven into the main fabric of school curriculum.

Also,parents are the primary educators of children, but as the child starts schooling, we must devote ourselves to shoulder the responsibility together. As Principal, I would like to personally welcome you to our SEM family.We hope that your child’s journey with us will surely help in yielding fruitful results and envisage our shared dreams and to dream anew.

At SAMITHI ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL it is our aim not only to pursue academic excellence but also to motivate our students to be lifelong learners, critical thinkers and productive members of an ever-changing global society. We try to provide our students with an atmosphere for multifaceted development, where children are encouraged to channelize their potential in the pursuit of excellence. We aim to nurture the talents, skills, and abilities of each student and provide them to negotiate several issues that confront them, with the educator being a facilitator. Our approach to learning is child-centric, encouraging activitybased learning and inculcating a scientific temper and a spirit of free enquiry. In our curriculum, the student is the primary focus, and each child is involved in the learning process. We motivate our educators to provide an atmosphere for discovery, where students are encouraged to be creative and curious, instead of only loading the children with academic burden.

Our educational philosophy is centred on praise, encouragement, enthusiasm, and affection, rather than criticism, fear and punishment.

Our vision is to work in partnership with our pupils, parents, and the community at large to create a positive and inclusive environment for high quality learning and teaching where everyone is valued and respected. Education is learning, not only how to succeed in life and make money or hold positions, but also, how to fail and stand up again. Education is also having the courage and strength to walk on the path of truth, humility and hard work which I am trying to follow.
