Examination and Promotion Policy
- The school has an integrated curriculum of preparing students through various stages for different Examination conducted by the Gujarat Board.
- Pre-Primary will be having quarterly Evaluation process. (3 Evaluation in a year)
- Class I to VIII - The academic session consists of two terms constituting& two periodic assessments.
- Class IX to XII - The academic session consists of two terms constituting, monthly periodic assessments, IX & XI- Annual Exam, X & XII Pre-Board Exams.
- The assessments for scholastic subjects will be based on Marks and Grades. A child securing Grade E (Grade Point less than 4.0) will have to appear for a re-examination to get a clearance. Grades will also be awarded for Work Discipline, Work education.
- It is mandatory for the students to appear for the term ending (Term-l and Term-ll /Half Yearly and Yearly Exam) exams as per schedule. In case of duty leave the student will have to appear for a separate exam on a freshly allotted date. No other leave than medical grounds will be granted.
- Students of class XI are required to pass with a minimum of 33% marks in the theory and practical exams separately in subjects involving practical.
- The students of classes X and Xll will follow the examination scheme as approved by the Gujarat Board.
- 75% Attendance is necessary to be eligible for appearing in the Term ll/Yearly Examination.
- After each examination, open house dates will be released and mandatory for every parent to attend.
- The students who will have unsatisfactory progress in the academic consecutive 2 years will be taken fa leaving certificate from the school.
