Dear Parents,

A few important points regarding picnic:

1. Students can wear casual dress but it has to be decent and comfortable.
2. School ID card is mandatory for all or else they won't be allowed.
3. Extra pairs of clothes,towel needs to be carried with labelling. Teachers won't be responsible for any student's belongings. 
4. Mobile phones,watches, chewing gum,any expansive items are not allowed.
5. Students will be getting breakfast, lunch and high tea/ light snacks so extra food no need to carry. Maintain the bag weight as students will only carry their belongings.
6. Reporting time to school is 7 am sharp as buses will move from 7.15 and parents won't be allowed to stand and send off their ward to avoid crowds.
7. Reaching time to school approximately 7 pm ,msg we will send as per schedule.
8. Consent forms are compulsory to be signed and submitted to the respective class teachers.
9. Students need to be in discipline during the picnic and be with their assigned teachers.
10. Parents are not allowed to visit the picnic sites as it's not allowed.
11. For those who are not going for the picnic,it's a holiday for them.
