Dear Parents,

For the safety and well-being of all students, we kindly request your cooperation regarding the private van arrangements opted for by you.

Please ensure that the van driver picks up your child immediately at dispersal time. Students should not be left waiting at school for long periods, especially for a second trip of the van. It has been observed that some students are waiting for up to two hours after school , which is neither safe nor appropriate for them.

Additionally, we request that van drivers drop students only in the presence of a parent or authorized guardian at the designated drop location.

Child safety is our highest priority. We strongly urge all parents to coordinate properly with their respective van drivers to ensure timely pick-up and safe drop-off.

Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.
