Dear parents, We have started the Earth Charter event but few points to be noted by all: 1) 1st slot students need to come at 7 am. 2) Both slots students will go along with their parents. (Except those who already informed their teachers). 3) 1st slot will end at 9.30 am maximum and 2nd slot will start at 10 am. Request the parents to wait for their Ward's presentation. 4) After the student's presentation,they can go along with their parents, in between they are not allowed to leave the presentation as it's a group presentation. 5) The refreshment counter is there but parents can go for it after their Ward's presentation Only , not in between. 6) There are two gates in the hall, 1 for entry and 1 for exit. Parents need to follow it strictly. 7) We have kept one front desk counter near the entry, wherein parents need to sign so that we can tally the attendance and collect the feedback form , thereafter visit all stalls and submit the feedback forms at the front desk area only. 8) It's compulsory for the parents to visit all stalls instead of their Ward's stall as all students are really working hard to present their conceptual understanding. 9) Parents need to come and go from gate number 1 only as regular school is there and other students should not be disturbed. 10) Request the parents to maintain the discipline, follow the queue to see stalls, encourage and appreciate all students, wait for their turn and support all.
