Terms & Conditions
By using the school’s website and online payment facility, you agree to the following terms:
- All fee amounts are to be paid as per the school’s prescribed structure and schedule.
- Once you proceed with an online payment, it will be deemed that you agree to the fee terms and policies of the school.
- Fee receipts will be issued digitally after successful payment and are considered valid proof of payment.
- The school reserves the right to update fee policies, payment timelines, or online processes from time to time without prior notice.
- Any disputes arising from the use of this service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
The school aims to ensure complete transparency regarding fee payments.
- Cancellations: Once a fee payment is successfully made online, it cannot normally be cancelled. Parents are requested to verify details carefully before proceeding with payment.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be considered in cases of genuine errors such as double payment, technical transaction failure with confirmed debit from the parent’s account, or other verified issues.
- Processing Time: Approved refund requests will be processed back to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
- Non-refundable Fees: Admission fees, registration fees, and any one-time charges are strictly non-refundable once paid. Regular school fees once deposited will not be refunded or adjusted against future payments unless directed by school management.
- Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school office or emailed to the designated support team with proper proof of payment.
